When will my order ship?
We ship all in stock orders within 24-28 hours. Personalized items take 3-6 weeks to ship.
Why hasn’t my order shipped?
We typically ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. In-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that personalized items can take 3-6 weeks as stated in the item description.
I ordered a Large Sideways Letter Necklace and it hasn’t shipped yet, why?
This is our most popular necklace and we carry 78 different variants. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but our stock on these is constantly changing. If your letter isn’t in stock, it should ship within 3 weeks of ordering. (Typically sooner)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note we are not responsible for any customs/duty fees incurred. Please note that shipping cost depends on country.
What are your shipping costs?
Orders within the U.S. qualify for free First Class shipping. You can upgrade to Priority Shipping for $10.
International shipping costs vary depending on country.
Are you looking for Influencers?
We are always looking for influencers! Please note that we receive hundreds of requests each month and while we’d love to, we can’t work with everyone. We will review your information and reach out if there is an opportunity for you.
Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all non-personalized items and a 2-year warranty on all personalized items. Our warranty covers items that have broke from normal use. Please treat each piece with care according to our care instructions. We do not cover items that have been cared for incorrectly. Our warranty will either fix or replace your item depending on whether or not it is fixable.
